INFORMATION ON DATA CONTROLLER AND RIGHTS OF PERSONS WHOSE PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED
Pursuant to Art. 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of the 27th of April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we would like to inform you that:

INFORMATION ON DATA CONTROLLER AND RIGHTS OF PERSONS WHOSE PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED
Pursuant to Art. 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of the 27th of April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we would like to inform you that:
- The Controller of your personal data is Konimpex sp. z o.o. with its seat at ul. Mickiewicza 24, 62-500 Konin, Poland.

- Your personal data will be processed based on:
- Art. 6 (1) (a) of the aforementioned Regulation, that is, based on your consent, for ongoing and future business activities, including marketing activities. The consent given for the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
- Art. 6 (1) (c) of the aforementioned Regulation, that is, for the purposes of fulfilling obligations arising from applicable legal provisions, including keeping accounting records and archiving documentation.
- Art. 6 (1) (c) of the aforementioned Regulation, that is, in connection with the Controller’s obligation resulting from the Act of 11 March 2004 on Goods and Services Tax and the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 27 December 2021 on the use of the National e-Invoicing System, for the purpose of performing the Controller’s obligations consisting in carrying out activities in the IT system of the Head of the National Revenue Administration, namely the National e-Invoicing System, including issuing and receiving structured invoices. Personal data will be processed within issued and received invoices and disclosed exclusively to entities authorised to process such data under applicable law. Personal data will be disclosed to entities providing, on the basis of agreements concluded by the Controller, services related to the Controller’s business operations, such as IT, service or accounting providers, as well as to the Head of the National Revenue Administration, in connection with issuing structured invoices within the National e-Invoicing System. Personal data related to an issued invoice may also be disclosed to court enforcement officers or enforcement authorities.
- Art. 6 (1) (f) of the aforementioned Regulation, that is, for purposes resulting from legitimate interests pursued by Konimpex or by a third party, that is, as part of conducting business activity, or alternatively, in the event that cooperation is not established.
- If your personal data is processed for purposes other than those indicated above, you will be informed accordingly.
- The recipients of your data may include:
- banks, insurance companies, postal operators, courier companies, logistics service providers, training and hotel companies,
- state authorities or other entities authorized under the law.
- Additionally, recipients of your data may include entities cooperating with the data controller based on data processing agreements, for the purpose of performing tasks and services specified in the agreement on behalf of the data controller, especially: IT service providers, companies providing advisory and legal services, document and data carrier destruction services, tax service providers, customs agencies, auditing firms, translation offices, CCTV monitoring service providers, and telecommunication companies.
- Your personal data will stored be for a period necessary to implement cooperation, including agreements and claims related to it, based on generally applicable legal regulations. If the cooperation is not started or it has been terminated your personal data will be erasured as soon as possible.
- You have the right toaccess your data (Art. 15 GDPR),
- data rectification (Art. 16 GDPR),
- data erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
- restriction of data processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- portability of your data (Art. 20 GDPR),
- object to their processing (Art. 21 GDPR),
- withdraw your consent at any moment without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal (Art. 7 GDPR).
- You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection when you consider that processing of your processing infringes the provisions of the General Data Protection Act of the 27th of April 2016.
- Your personal data will not be transferred to third country or international organization.
- The provided data will not be profiled.
- Provision of your personal data is a precondition for cooperation, including conclusion of an agreement.
