Polymers, according to Article 2(9) of Regulation No. 1907/2006 of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), are exempted from registration, however, monomers and other substances in polymers have been fully registered in accordance with Article 6(3) (if they needed to be) by one of the participants constituting the link in the supply chain preceding Konimpex Sp. z o.o. The full registration numbers under REACH are communicated to our clients in the relevant safety data sheets.
