Procedure for persons driving into and staying within the premises of the warehouse facility of Konimpex sp. z o.o in Koło, ul. Klonowa 15, aimed at reducing the risk of COVID-19 infection
In view of the current coronavirus situation, the company Konimpex sp. z o.o. has put in place the following rules applicable within the premises of the warehouse facility:
- measuring the temperature of each person driving into/entering the warehouse facility, and disinfecting hands
- in case of refusal to follow the staff’s instructions, a person who wants to drive into/enter the premises of the warehouse facility shall not be allowed in
- in the event of high temperature the staff will ensure necessary direct protection
- When checking the body temperature by the staff, it is recommended to:
- take all precautions
- keep a safe distance from the interlocutor (1-1.5 meters)
- after the measuring has been done, wash your hands with soap and water or disinfect them with an alcohol-based agent
- remember not to touch your face with hands, especially your lips, nose and eyes during measuring activities and before washing or disinfecting your hands
- if a person who is being checked has visible symptoms of an illness such as: fever, a bad cough, breathing difficulties, the staff will inform the person being checked that he/she should:
- immediately notify the nearest sanitary and epidemiological station by phone (emergency telephone 695 426 274 PSSE [the District Sanitary-Epidemiological Station] in Koło) or report directly to an infectious ward (the nearest ward tel. 63 240 44 02) or call the emergency number 112. NFZ [National Health Fund] coronavirus hotline: 800 190 590. Any doubts regarding the state of health should be clarified BY PHONE or by other means of remote consultation, so that further spread of the virus will be prevented. Absolutely do not go to SOR [a hospital emergency ward], a clinic, a laboratory etc.
- keep a safe distance (1-1.5 m) when contacting other persons
- when coughing or sneezing remember to cover his/her mouth and nose with a disposable handkerchief to be removed as waste including put in a small waste bag, or cover his/her mouth and nose with a bent elbow
- not cough or sneeze in the direction of other people
- the personnel will indicate a place of destination to a person driving into/entering the premises of the warehouse facility
- do not go out of your vehicle
- you must wait for the staff to come and then follow their further instructions
- drivers are strictly forbidden to move around the warehouse and enter the warehouse/office buildings
- the hand-over and receipt of transport / customs documents takes place by the car /truck
