Recruitment challenge – win your job interview!
18 April 2025
“I’m leaving with new knowledge. And with the feeling that I still have work to do – but now I know where to start.”
That’s how one of the participants summed up the workshop “Recruitment challenge – win your job interview!”, which we recently held in partnership with the University of Applied Sciences. This simple statement reflects the main idea behind the meeting – to help participants understand the process, identify their strengths and challenges, and take the first step with more confidence.
During the workshop, we took a closer look at some of the common struggles students face when entering the job market, from typical CV mistakes to tricky interview questions. We talked about how to present yourself professionally while remaining authentic.
The session was practical, insightful, and full of honest exchange. We believe that building bridges between education and the job market matters. Initiatives like this create space for meaningful conversations and support students in preparing for their first professional steps.
Thank you to all participants for their openness and engagement – we gained a lot from this exchange as well.
