Diversity in practice - support that truly matters
3 June 2025
On May 29, 2025, we took part in a seminar focused on career support for individuals with diverse developmental needs. The event was hosted at the Teacher Training Centre in Konin, in collaboration with the Centre for Craft, Dual and Vocational Education Support.
It was an important opportunity to meet with professionals from education, vocational counselling, and business, and to talk about how to better support people with disabilities as they explore their career paths.
The program touched on key topics that have a real impact on everyday work with young people:
They shared their personal experiences as part of the Konimpex team, showing that a responsible workplace can inspire, empower, and grow stronger through diversity. Their voices were honest, insightful, and a poignant reminder of the importance of genuine inclusion.
This wasn’t just a day of presentations. It was a space for open conversations, mutual learning, and practical solutions, with the clear message that diversity in teams is a strength, not a challenge. We’re grateful to all the participants for their ideas, energy, and shared commitment to making career development more inclusive and accessible.
