INFORMATION ON DATA CONTROLLER AND RIGHTS OF PERSONS WHOSE PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED

Pursuant to Art. 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of the 27th of April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we would like to inform you that:
 
  • The Controller of your personal data is Konimpex sp. z o.o. with its seat at ul. Mickiewicza 24, 62-500 Konin, Poland.
     
  • You can contact Data Protection Officer via: iod@konimpex.com.pl
     
  • Your personal data will be processed based on
    • Art. 6 (1) (a) of the aforementioned regulation, that is, based on your consent - for ongoing and future business activities, including marketing. Data will be processed on the basis of your consent until the consent is withdrawn.
    • Art. 6 (1) (c) of the aforementioned Regulation, that is, for purposes executing mandatory legal provisions, that is, keeping an accounting register and archiving records,
    • Art. 6 (1) (f) of the aforementioned Regulation, that is, for purposes resulting from legitimate interests of the Controller or by a third party, that is, as part of the business activity, or alternatively, if the cooperation is not started,
    • If your data is processed in different purposes than them, you will be informed about that.
       
  • The recipients of your personal data are:
    • Konimpex sp. z o.o.,
    • Fermintrade sp. z o.o.,
    • Konimpex Chemicals sp. z o.o.,
    • providers of IT and logistic services.
       
  • Your personal data will stored be for a period necessary to implement cooperation, including agreements and claims related to it, based on generally applicable legal regulations. If the cooperation is not started or it has been terminated your personal data will be erasured as soon as possible.
     
  • You have the right toaccess your data (Art. 15 GDPR),
    • data rectification (Art. 16 GDPR),
    • data erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
    • restriction of data processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
    • portability of your data (Art. 20 GDPR),
    • object to their processing (Art. 21 GDPR),
    • withdraw your consent at any moment without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal (Art. 22 GDPR).
       
  • You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection when you consider that processing of your processing infringes the provisions of the General Data Protection Act of the 27th of April 2016.
     
  • Your personal data will not be transferred to third country or international organization.
     
  • The provided data will not be profiled.
     
  • Provision of your personal data is a precondition for cooperation, including conclusion of an agreement.
